  • Shift timings – Rotational Shifts (Night shifts are mandatory)
  • Work location – Liberty Tower, Airoli, Navi Mumbai-400708
  • Interview Mode – Walk in to the office
  • Rounds of Interview – HR round , Managerial round and Voice and Accent round.

  • What we are looking for –
  1. Fluent in English communication is Mandatory
  2. Ready to work in night shift
  3. Any Arts and science and Engineering Graduate can apply
  4. Freshers are most welcome
  5. Should have all the documents (academic certificates, Aadhar card and Pan card)

 

  • Desired Candidate Profile –
  1. Excellent English communication skills.
  2. Excellent logical reasoning.
  3. Candidate should be able to handle queries via calls or emails.
  4. Should be comfortable working from office and home.
  5. Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts.

  1. Responsible for answering and placing sales Chat within a growing customer base
  2. Identify and relate with various customer needs and scenarios
  3. Offer customers with solutions in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner
  4. Utilize various internal and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
  5. Transfer customers to appropriate departments when required
  6. Conduct data entry, documentation, and case management
  7. Work and partner with others within a team-based environment
  8. Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals
