iCapotech Private Limited, is offering Internship cum Job Opportunity for efficient students. They are hiring for “Business Development Intern” for 3 months which is backed by Full-time Job Opportunity after which the Designation will be Business Development Manager.
This is a unique and rigorous Internship program during which you will be required to dedicate at least 54 hours per week as required by us. After your successful completion of these three months internship period there will be a team review after which you may get offer for a Full-time Employment with iCapotech.

Living Things is an IoT-enabled interactive smart appliance enabling platform by iCapotech. Our flagship product Aircon Module redefines your AC experience by giving you remote
monitoring & smart control of your AC. Living things Aircon Module has capabilities of Usage, Switching, Scheduling, and Alerts. We are looking for an Intern who is flexible to learn and apply Business Development techniques/strategies effectively. Reliable and can adapt themselves to different clients/stakeholders. What you will accomplish through this opportunities:
 Benefited from great market knowledge and the potential to find prospects efficiently.
 Involved in the analysis and strategy decision makings./
 To work with clients closely to make a long-term business approach.
 Experience different scenarios to approach and manage leads.

Responsibilities:
 Assist the sales team in daily operations.
 Responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.
 Understand different marketing strategies and implement them to increase leads.
 Build and manage relationships with clients and rapidly follow up all the leads to
provide assistance.
 Should be able to manage sales process efficiently.
 Participate in organization strategies to effectively solicit existing customers and
develop new customer relationships.
 Create reports, track and analyse data related to lead generation qualification and
marketing effectiveness.
 Communicate with prospective and existing customers, sales representatives to
generate new business.
 Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and meet deadlines.
 Flexibility and willingness to think broadly and build relationships in a work
environment.
 To conduct research for analysis purposes.
 You will be involved in researching markets, industries through social listening
techniques, making cold calls & following up on leads.

Interview Process:
There will be 2 rounds.
1. First Round: In-office or online interview will be conducted.
2. Second Round: The candidate will be sent outside for market knowledge and prospect
leads.

Requirements:
 A Graduate/PG in any field who is competent to work in sales.
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 Detail-oriented and organized, with presentation skills.
