Online Admission Guidelines 2021-22

In support of the Digital India Program of the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, admissions into all the courses/programmes of both Degree and Junior College will be done online from the academic year 2020-21. the fees collection will also be online through a secured portal.

  • In view of COVID-19 will help in maintaining social distancing.
  • No need of student or parent to come to the college for admission or payment of fees.
  • All the admission procedures can be done on your mobile on a secured portal mentioned below.
  • You can make your payments through UPI/debit card/credit card/NET Banking/Mobile Banking.
  • All the students will have their user ID and password with which they can access their admission, fee receipt, marksheet and other details at the tip of their finger.

Jr college students can start filling the online form through the link below. Please go through the tutorial before filling the form.

NOTE:

  • Use only the below link and don’t use any link sent on whatsapp or through sms from unknown sources or friends.
  • The college will not be responsible if you do online admission on any portal other than mentioned below.
  • Do Not share the password of the portal  password with your friend or unknown person.
  • Do Not share your credit card/debit card/net banking/UPI details on whatsapp/sms.

Students should fill both the college form and also the Department of Education, Govt. of Maharashtra Form (Application form and Option Form)

Minority/Inhouse/Management

  1.  Student will register and login on the portal and select one course an pay Rs. 50 and then fill Personal details, reservation details, educational details and documents upload section. then do the final submit and if he want to apply for more courses click on additional courses and apply.
  2. Similarly a student  must apply for  bifocal Computer Science by paying Rs.50 in addition to Science form
  3. Similarly if a student want Science IT then he/she must apply for  Science IT by paying Rs.50 in in addition to Science  form .
  4. Similarly if a student wants Commerce IT then he/she must  apply for Commerce IT by paying Rs.50 in addition to Commerce  form .
  5. Mandatory document for online form filling is only the computerised  10th Standard  marksheet
  6. Caste certificate if any need to be scanned and attached.
  7. Student can apply for all three categories Minority/Inhouse/Management by putting a tick

*IMPORTANT : 1. Student applying to R.J. college under above mentioned quota  must mention   the name of our college in the list of colleges he has filled  in online Option Form of DYDE

Admission Process

Minority and Inhouse admissions (Quota Admission)

  1. Online Form sale and submission in College Portal https://admission.rjcollege.edu.in/fyjunior/#/fyjunior-register
  2. Merit list will  be displayed on website and details will be communicated as when notification is published by Education Dept., Govt. of Maharashtra Govt.
  3. List for Computer Science ,Science IT and Commerce IT will  also  be displayed and  same procedure of online admission from college portal need to be followed

 Deputy Directors list (General/Open Admission)

  1. Deputy Director list to be displayed on college website also and  students  will have to  fill form at our college  portal by the same procedure mentioned above
  2. After verifying the name of the student from DYDE list admission will  be given to students  who fills the online admission  form in our college portal
  3. They should ensure that they secure admission during the stipulated time period after which they will have no claim over the seat.

Instructions to Students

Original documents to be submitted by the students as and when demanded .

On the college admission portal the documents should be uploaded only in PDF format.

For students from Mumbai and Maharashtra State Board

  1. Original Leaving certificate
  2.  Original Marksheet
  3. Ration card for Girls Freeship (Girls freeship is only for the first and second child in the family)
  4. DYDE Application form
  5. DYDE Option Form

 For students from other Board for eligibility purpose

  1. Original Marksheet
  2. Original verified Transfer certificate
  3. Ration card for Girls Freeship (Girls freeship is only for the first and second child in the family)
  4. Migration Certificate  verified by Zilla Parishad will be required at the time of admission
  5. DYDE Application form
  6. DYDE Option Form

Documents for verification

  1. Caste certificate along with Caste Validity Certificate,  if applied for caste validity copy of receipt  (if applicable)
  2. Ration card indicating the name of the girl child who has taken admission to avail girl freeship ((Girls freeship is only for the first and second child in the family)
  3. Aadhar Card of the student
  4. Any other document if applying for scholarship/freeships etc
  5. Certificate for physically Handicapped by authorised person
  6. Sports certificates if admission procured under sports quota
  7. Ex-Servicemen  service certificate ( if applicable)
  8. Any other relevant document

 

Note:

  1. Students are requested to upload clearly visible scanned copy of all the documents in the college portal.. Applications in which the documents are not clearly visible will be rejected
  2. Admission shall be considered ‘confirmed’ only after verification of the original  documents as and when asked for it. If after the admission, the college authorities find  any  irregularities in the documents submitted, the admission will be cancelled and student will not have any claim on the admission. Till then admission will be treated as provisional.
  3. Principal decision with reference to any admission shall remain final and abiding to all.
