KPO – Job Description
 Back-office operations of clients based in US, EMEA, APAC
 Processes include Reconciliation, NAV QC, Risk Analytics, Compliance checks, Security set-up etc.
 Pre-requisites:
 Excellent Analytical and Quantitative Skills
 Good communications skills – both written and verbal
 Open to work in ANY shift timings and ALL days of the week (5 days working in a week)
 Ability to manage time and multi task efficiently
 Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint (preferred)
 Team player- Positive approach
 Should have an eye for details
 Should not think of the process as a mechanical job, should be focused to identify
redundant and repetitive tasks
 Should be able to work through high volumes of numerical data.
 No Indian Holidays – US/ UK holidays as per process
