We are pleased to announce the launch of Analyst Trainee hiring, offering aspiring candidates with career‑defining opportunities and the chance to shape their future careers.
Students who have graduated in the year 2024 or 2025, or those graduating in 2026 from any three-year undergraduate degree program (e.g., BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, BVoc, BMS, etc.) with a minimum of 50% or above in academics are eligible to apply for this drive.
This hiring drive is exclusively open for four roles: Digital Workspace Services, Multicloud, Information
Technology and Integrated Smart Operations.
- For Digital Workspace Services and Multicloud roles: candidates need to have a 3-year UG degree (any stream) with minimum 50% in academics.
- For Information Technology and Integrated Smart Operations roles: candidates need to have BCA, BSc – Computer Science, Information Technology (allied streams), Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics & Electronics degree with minimum 60% in academics.
*Candidates currently enrolled in full time postgraduate programs are not eligible to apply.
Final mapping of roles will be on basis of candidate’s academic credentials and performance in the recruitment process.

Please note:
· Based on academic scores, degree, stream, performance in assessment and interviews candidates can be mapped to one of the four roles
· Cognizant will not consider applicants who do not meet the eligibility criteria. Only applicants with 50% and above in academic records are eligible to apply. For example, academic percentages such as 49.87% or 49.9% are not acceptable, and rounding off is also not permitted.
· Only one attempt will be provided for all assessments and interview if candidate is shortlisted.
· Interviews are planned to be conducted in offline mode (in person) / online mode (virtual).
· Passport / Voter ID card is required for verifying nationality while onboarding. Please apply immediately if you don’t have either.
· At any point in time, if the self-profile declared by the candidate during the registration process is found to be false or if the candidate is found to have indulged in any sort of malpractice at any stage,
the application will be withdrawn.
· The final decision on the candidate screening, eligibility for assessment, interview and final selection and alignment of role will be at the sole discretion of Cognizant.
· The selected candidates will be subject to internal audit process. In case any observation is found to be inappropriate, it will lead to a withdrawal of the selection.
