ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Executive at Yuvraj Motors, you will be the face of our brand at the showroom. You will engage with
walk-in customers, understand their requirements, guide them through our vehicle range, conduct test drives, and
help them make their purchase decision. Every vehicle sold earns you a commission on top of your fixed salary —
making this one of the most rewarding entry-level roles in the automotive industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom with warmth and professionalism
• Understand customer needs, budget, and preferences to recommend the right vehicle
• Conduct test drives and detailed product demonstrations
• Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person visits
• Achieve monthly sales targets and earn commissions on every sale closed
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Coordinate with the finance and delivery teams for smooth customer experience
• Participate in promotional events and campus/society drives as required
ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
• Graduates or final year students (any stream — BCom, BMS, BA, BSc, etc.)
• Freshers welcome; up to 2 years of sales or retail experience preferred
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, or English
• Confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven attitude
• Smartphone with basic digital literacy (WhatsApp, Excel)
• Age: 18 to 30 years
• Must be based in or near Thane, Bhandup, or Ulhasnagar

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is the heartbeat of our after-sales and customer retention operations
at Yuvraj Motors. You will be responsible for ensuring every customer who interacts with us — whether buying a
vehicle or visiting for service — leaves with a smile. This role involves proactive outreach, complaint resolution,
feedback collection, and building long-term loyalty with our customer base.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Welcome and assist customers at the showroom and service centre with warmth and professionalism
• Conduct follow-up calls and WhatsApp messages after vehicle purchase and service visits
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and empathetic manner
• Maintain and update customer database and CRM records accurately
• Coordinate between customers and the sales/service teams for seamless experience
• Collect and report customer satisfaction scores (CSI/SSI) as per brand guidelines
• Remind customers of upcoming service schedules, insurance renewals, and offers
• Support in organizing customer loyalty events, test drive camps, and referral programs
ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
• Graduates or final year students (any stream — BCom, BMS, BA, BCA, etc.)
• Freshers welcome; candidates with customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent spoken and written communication in Hindi, Marathi, and/or English
• Patient, empathetic, and customer-first mindset
• Basic computer skills — MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM tools
• Age: 18 to 28 years
• Presentable appearance and professional demeanor

ABOUT THE ROLE
The B2B Sales Executive at Yuvraj Motors is responsible for building and managing corporate relationships that
drive fleet and bulk vehicle sales. You will identify companies, factories, logistics firms, hospitals, educational
institutions, and other businesses in the Thane, Bhandup, and Ulhasnagar region that require vehicles — and
convert them into long-term corporate partners. This is a high-impact, high-earning role suited for those who are
confident, persistent, and relationship-driven.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and prospect corporate clients — companies, factories, hospitals, schools, logistics firms, and
government bodies — in and around Thane, Bhandup, and Ulhasnagar
• Pitch fleet and bulk vehicle purchase proposals to decision-makers and procurement teams
• Negotiate and close corporate tie-up agreements for ongoing vehicle supply
• Manage and grow existing corporate accounts — ensure repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with showroom sales and finance teams to deliver smooth corporate purchase experiences
• Represent Yuvraj Motors at corporate events, business meets, and trade exhibitions
• Maintain pipeline records in CRM and submit weekly activity reports
• Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets to earn commission
ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
• Graduates in any stream; MBA or BMS preferred but not mandatory
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome; 1–3 years of B2B or corporate sales experience
is a strong advantage
• Confident and persuasive communicator in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi
• Strong networking ability and comfort with cold calling, meetings, and presentations
• Two-wheeler or four-wheeler (own vehicle preferred for field visits)
• Basic skills in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and email communication
• Age: 20 to 32 years
• Must be willing to travel across Thane district for client meetings
