JD- Freshers Responsibilities
- Greet the corporate level customers on phone and answer their queries, ensures you capture their requirement.
- Actively talk to the customers
- Follow laid down company process
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Cross sell products – complete training will be given by All Wave
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Deliver excellent customer service that ensures on-going sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills
- Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer’s problem
- Assist in ensuring that the product presentation area is clean and organized
- Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers
- Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features
- General understanding of the principles of sales
