Fees

Students should pay the prescribed fees in the Accounts Section or Special Counteropened for the purpose at the time of admission to the F.Y.J.C. (Arts/Science/Commerce) and F.Y.B.A. /B.Com. /B. Sc. Classes.

Fees will be accepted in the form of DD /Bank Pay Order or by Cash for both Junior& Degree College.

Guardians should ensure that they obtain a stamped receipt immediately after anypayment is made.

Care should be taken to ensure that payments are not made to unauthorized persons.The college will not be responsible for any lapse in this matter.

Fees for the First term should be paid in full at the time of admission. Fees for thesecond term should be paid in full between 21st October and 11th November.

Examination fees must be paid on the dates prescribed by H.S.C. Board /University of Mumbai/College Authorities. Students offering Computer Science/Computer Programming will be required to pay additional fees.
Refund of Fees
Junior College
a)
If a student informs the institution before the commencement of the academic
year that he/she wants to withdraw and he / she cannot continue his/her
education inthe same institution for any reasons, the institution concerned
should refund to him/her in full the tuition fees, term fee, laboratory fees
(if any) and library and laboratory deposits, if any actually recovered. The
admission fee shall however, be retained by the Institutions.
EXPLANATION:
So far as the F.Y.J.C. Classes are concerned the academic year should be
deemed to have commenced from the 8th day (i.e. excluding Sunday and Public
Holidays) from and including the days of declaration of the S.S.C.
Examination result. If the said day of declaration of result is a working
day, or from and including the working day immediately following the day of
declaration of the S.S.C. Examination result if the said date of declaration
of results is a Sunday or Public Holiday.
b)
If a student desires to withdraw and applies for refund of fees after the
commencement of the academic year (vide explanation under (a) above) the
institutions concerned should retain the admission fee, term fee and
laboratory fee (if any) in full. The laboratory deposits should however be
refunded. So far as the tuition fee is concerned the institution should
retain the tuition fee only for the month (s) beginning from the month in
which the academic year had commenced and ending with the month in which the
student had applied for withdrawal of admission or refund of fees. The
tuition fee for the remaining months of the terms should be refunded (for
Example, if a student applies for refund of fee in the monthof July, after
the academic year has commenced in that month itself, the Institution should
retain the proportionate amount of tuition fees for one month only namely
the month of July. On the other hand, if a student applies for refundof fee
in the month of August, after the academic year has commenced in themonth of
July, the institution should retain the proportionate amount of tuition fee
for two months only, namely the month of July & August. If the academic year
has commenced in the month of June, the institution should retain the
proportionate amount of tuition fee for three months only, namely the months
of June, July & August).
Degree College
1.
All fees paid by a student at the time of admission shall be refunded to him
after deduction of
`10/-
(Rupees Ten only) as administrative charges, if a student informs the
Principal of the College/ Institution in writing before the date of
commencement of the term, that he / she desires to cancel his / her
admission.
2.
If a student informs the Principal of the college / Institution in writing,
within 30 days from the date of commencement of the term that he/she desires
to cancel his/her admission all fees shall be refunded to him/her after a
deduction of
`30/-
(Rupees Thirty only) as administrative charges.
3.
All Fees paid by student at the times of admission shall be refunded to him
after a deduction of
`50/-(Rupees
fifty only) as administrative charges, provided,
a)
At the time of applying for admission, he/she intimates in writing that
he/she has also applied or intends to apply for admission to one or more of
the professional colleges or institution or departments affiliated to the
University which imparts instruction for degree courses in Engineering,
Architecture, Pharmacy, Physio-therapy, Occupational Therapy, Audiology &
Speechtherapy, Technology, Medicine, Ayurveda, Dentistry, Unani Medicine,
Homeopathy, Painting, Commercial Art, Home Science and courses conducted by
the National Defence Academy or Indian Institutes of Technology or Regional
College of Engineering and
b)
He/She withdraws his/her application, within seven days from the date of
his/her admission to a professional college or a course mentioned in 3(a)
above but not later than 30th September of the same academic year. In such
cases it shall be binding on the student to produce a documentary proofof
his/her being admitted to the professional course.
Degree College (Self Financing Courses)
UNDERGRADUATE: (Reference No. UG/412 of 2008) O.2859
The candidates who have taken admission in undergraduate courses may request
for refund of fees after applying in writing for cancellation of their
admission to the course. The refund of fees as applicable shall be made on
or before 30th day after the date of cancellation and thereafter.
The percentage of fees for the course shall be refunded to the candidate
after deducting charges as follows.
